Terms and Conditions
By using and ordering from this site as well as any other Grimmster Technologies (VisionCats LLC) shipping site, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please do not use this site if you do not agree.
Payment
We accept credit cards as payment for orders placed through any of our sites. It is up to the sole discretion of Grimmster Technologies (VisionCats LLC) if an order is to be processed. Credit cards must clear the authorization process before the product is shipped or produced. Additional verification may be required for purchases. Orders that have not received a cleared payment for more than 7 days will be canceled.
Shipping
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we can’t add or remove any item to that order. A new order can be placed for any missed items or services. All orders will be shipped within 2-6 weeks from when payment has been received and cleared. Please do not contact us to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. For international orders, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any tariffs, taxes, fees, VAT, or duties due upon receipt of your product. All products will be shipped using a traceable shipping method. Grimmster Technologies (VisionCats LLC) will not be responsible for delays, loss, or damage of your product from shipments sent to incorrect or invalid addresses or correct addresses. If any package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage. Insurance of each package will be added into the shipping and handling costs for all purchases made within the United States. Claims for damaged packages must be filed no earlier than 21 days after shipment and before 90 days. For all international customers please contact us directly before placing an order.
Revisions
These terms and conditions may be revised at any time by updating this posting.
Termination
Grimmster Technologies (VisionCats LLC) may suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason. The customer is personally responsible and liable for any order placed or charges that may have been incurred through his or her account prior to termination.
Safety
Your safety is your own responsibility. This includes proper use of equipment, safety gear, and determining whether you have adequate skills and experience. Use of any of the Grimmster Technologies (VisionCats LLC) products is at your own risk. Grimmster Technologies (VisionCats LLC) is not responsible for any resulting damage, injury, or expense.
Returns
Customers cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Products and accessories purchased cannot be returned for any reason including the following:
• No longer needing the product or accessory
• No longer wanting the product or accessory
• Lack of product or accessory knowledge
